I will be posting again after New Year from Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
I despatch to many countries, worldwide. Note for customers in the EU (from July 2021): Regrettably, I have had to suspend despatch to EU countries, due to current complex trading rules and the possibility of unexpected costs being added by couriers on goods reaching their destination. I hope the situation will be resolved or simplified in the future so I can resume services to customers in the EU.
Payment & Delivery:
Postage options are available in the dropdown menu after adding an item to the basket, before Checkout (if there appears to be an error, or a shipping option does not display for your country, please contact me). EU customers please see the above note.
Secure payment options: payment can be made using your debit or credit card via the Stripe payment platform, Google Pay or Paypal. I also now accept payment by instalments via Clearpay.
To make payment: Add an item/s to the basket, select 'calculate shipping' and apply the postage for your country. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout', then enter your payment and delivery details. Please tick the 'Terms & Conditions' acceptance box to proceed.
Coupon codes: If you have received a code, just enter this in the box to the left of the 'basket' page (before calculating shipping), click the 'Apply Coupon' button - the new subtotal should appear. You can then proceed to checkout.
DELIVERY INFORMATION:
I normally despatch within 2-5 working days, often sooner, and will keep you informed via email. I will work as quickly as possible in processing your order. Time and care is taken in making your jewellery or glass art from design to finish and in the packaging of your order.
- Orders of £85 and over - currently FREE UK delivery (or reduced international delivery charge).
- Jewellery and glass art is normally in stock. In the unlikely case of a listing error (e.g. price, description, or item not in stock), I will email you; if this cannot be remedied I will arrange a refund or an alternative if you prefer.
- If a longer chain (e.g. from 20 inches) is selected, preparation may take a little longer as I may need to order or make up your chain. I will always email you if this is the case.
- I normally send orders via Royal Mail; postage prices are therefore based on Royal Mail's delivery services. I may use a different courier serice where necessary.
- Weights shown under a product's 'additional information' are an approximate packaged item weight for my postage settings (not the item weight).
- After posting your order I will send a confirmation email.
Check a postage price: Add the item/s to the basket. Under 'Basket Totals' see the 'calculate shipping' link. Select your country from the dropdown menu (no need to add a postcode), then 'update totals' - postage should now be shown. If you change your mind, just remove the item/s from the basket. If you add items totalling £85 or over, delivery will be free within the UK.
I will inform you by email of any change to my delivery service, on despatch, or if for any reason I cannot meet the stated despatch time. I reserve the right to send orders by an alternative method where necessary.

- Royal Mail Standard Second Class Post (normally 2-3 working days from despatch).
- Royal Mail First Class Post, within the UK (normally 1-2 working days from despatch)
- Royal Mail Second Class Signed For (normally 2-3 working days from despatch).
- Royal Mail First Class Signed For, within the UK (normally 1-2 working days from despatch)
- Royal Mail's Special Delivery (normally before 1pm next working day from despatch, not including Saturdays). A signature may be required.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (buyers outside of the United Kingdom):
- Delivery can take longer than the estimated time, for example towards Christmas. If at time of purchase it is deemed a risk posting to your country, and/or Royal Mail have temporarily suspended services to the country, I will contact you via email to discuss options.
- I advise always checking prior to purchase, for any customs charges that might be applicable in your country. Buyers are responsible for making such payment.
UK and International delivery: If I receive a service disruption notice from Royal Mail or other courier, which may affect delivery time, I will inform you via email.
Customs Restrictions (disclaimer): There can be restrictions on jewellery by Customs in some countries, though the rules around this are not always clear. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for any problems or charges at Customs. Please contact your individual country's Customs department, before purchase, if you are unsure whether restrictions might apply.
CHRISTMAS 2023 - INFORMATION and LAST RECOMMENDED POSTING DATES:
I post your order from the United Kingdom, normally through Royal Mail. Delivery time during the Christmas period can take longer than normal due to high volumes of post. It is therefore recommended that extra time is allowed for this, particularly if delivery is required before Christmas.
Please note: The dates provided below are last recommended dates for posting of COMPLETED orders - please allow the HANDLING TIME for your order (you can see my usual handling times for orders under 'Shipping' in my shop policies section). Please also check making times on 'Made to Order' items - you can send me a message if you need further information.
I will ensure that packaging and despatch of your order is by the despatch date stated, though I cannot guarantee that Royal Mail or your country's postal service will deliver on time for Christmas, as this is not in my control. There can sometimes be delays in Customs after arrival in your own country.
