Coastal Inspired Natural Apatite Silver Pendant

A pendant design inspired by the fronds of a seaweed found abundantly on the Northumbrian coast, with a textured background reminiscent of beach pebbles. I have set the pendant with a tiny piece of untreated green apatite gemstone collected by hand in the Northumbria region, England.

The apatite is likely to have come from the cargo of a 19th century ship wrecked off the coast of Whitley Bay (in which all crew got off safely).

There are 3 pendant sizes available:

• Large pendant size: approx. 7/8 inch square (22 mm square).
• Medium pendant size: just under 3/4 inch square (18 mm square).
• Small pendant size: approx. 9/16 inch square (14 mm square).

The pendant has a hand-forged, wide rolled bail, and comes on a sterling silver trace chain (please select the length).

I make every pendant individually; each one is unique so may vary slightly in appearance from the one pictured.

Hallmarking:

I purchase all of my raw silver materials from established, reputable UK suppliers. This piece has been sterling silver hallmarked in England.
