Natural Pink Ochre & White Speckled Quartz Necklace

A men’s or women’s oval necklace handcrafted in a natural quartzite stone which has unusual iron red and ochre speckled markings. I collected the stone by hand in Northumberland, the northernmost county of England, known for its wild landscapes and lovely beaches. The stone has been handcrafted into a cabochon, polished then set in an oval, sterling silver rope-edged mount.

• Quartz cabochon size: 1 1/8 inch l. x 7/8 inch w. (28 mm x 21 mm).
