Rare Purple End of Day Sea Glass Pendant. I have made this sea glass necklace by hand in patterned ‘end of day’ sea glass. This rare piece of English sea glass is likely to have originated from the old glassworks at Seaham, and has been shaped and frosted by the North Sea’s tide, over many years. This is a one-off necklace with purple banding in an almost paisley pattern, on white. I have collected this piece by hand at Seaham, County Durham, on the north-east coast of England. It is set on a large sterling silver leaf bail.
- Sea glass drop size (excl. silver bail): 3/4 inch x 5/8 inch (18 mm x 16 mm). (Please note: the sea glass looks larger in the first, close-up photograph).
- The necklace comes on a sterling silver curb chain. Please select the length.
I have more sea glass necklaces here.
